Connected Health Cities (CHCs) safely and securely combines population data and technology to address chronic disease burdens and reduce early mortality across the North. Uniting experts from academia, NHS and industry CHC is improving services for patients and building public partnerships founded on trust and transparency. During UK eHealth week we will be highlighting the impact our research is having on a variety of care pathways across the North of England.

Why should NHS visit their stand?
NHS staff should visit our stand to hear more about how health data can be combined with technology to improve services for the benefit of patients. NHS staff can also find out about our #DATASAVESLIVES campaign and the ways that they can get involved in promoting the safe re-use of data with patients.
